• International

• There are 2 options for international shipping:

  Option 1: Before placing an online order, you can first e-mail us listing your order items and full shipping address (including Country) and request the shipping costs. We will e-mail you the cost and you can then place your online order selecting each item and the quantity you wish to order. Then, before you go to "Checkout", either Search for "International", or click on the "International Shipping" category on the left under "Our Products". Select the item called "International Shipping Costs". Enter the Quantity that corresponds in $1.00 increments to cover your shipping costs, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. Go through the "Checkout" process to finalize and place your order.

  Or, Option 2: You can go ahead and place the online order. After you place your order through the full Checkout process, you will first receive an order confirmation e-mail. After we review your order and calculate the actual shipping, you will receive an e-mail to tell you the shipping cost. You must then place a "shipping" order through the webshop, selecting the item called "International Shipping Costs" and enter the Quantity that corresponds in $1.00 increments to cover your shipping costs, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. Go through the "Checkout" process to finalize and place your "shipping" order.

  Here are examples that apply to both options: If your shipping is $12.95, you would enter a Quantity of 13, which will total $13.00. If your shipping is $41.95, you would enter a Quantity of 42, which will total $42.00.

  If the shipping costs are not acceptable, please just notify us at the shop and request that we cancel your order. We will be happy to do so.

  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. In The Niche is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.




• Sales Tax
• In The Niche charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



• Return Policy

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please contact In The Niche within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price of the product less shipping and less a 20% restocking fee.

  There are no returns on cut fabric, yardage or fabric bundles. Due to copyright laws, there are no returns on books, patterns or magazines.

  Please contact our customer service at 573-437-6124 for a return authorization code. The product(s) must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging, to the following address: In The Niche, 106 E. Peters Ave., Owensville, MO 65066.
